
The
curriculum consists of a minimum of 220 hours of supervised
instruction. There will also be assignments given during
each module which will consist of answering questions regarding
specific readings.
Each student must present a total of 2 case. A "case" constitutes
a patient that has been brought or sent to you for a consultation
for chiropractic care; their primary complaint, objective
findings, physical findings and adjustment/progress plan.
A total of 5 modules will encompass a curriculum. Each module
consists of 5 days beginning
Wednesday (3 pm to 8 pm ), Thursday to Saturday (8 am to 12 pm, 1 pm to 7:30 pm) , and Sunday (8 am to 1:30 pm). Depending
on the module, longer hours may be required.
Requirements:
North American Applicants must have graduated from an accredited Veterinary School of Medicine or CCE accredited Chiropractic School and hold current licenses from their respective provinces or states. License and Diploma documentation must accompany the application. International Applicants must provide Visa or Passport information, Diploma and proper governmental licensure for the country in which the applicant is currently practicing. In all cases, two character references, two passport size photos. Chiropractors must also investigate and provide in writing an understanding of their provincial/state regulations set forth by the veterinary and chiropractic licensing boards of their jurisdiction.

Performance Evaluation
Students are evaluated by a variety of methods that include
written tests, oral presentations, take-home tests, case
studies, individual reports and practical tests. To successfully
complete the program a minimal grade of 76% must be attained.
Attendance
A 100% attendance is required. Credit will not be given
for any weekend seminars, video taped seminars, correspondence
seminars or "gained experience" outside of our program.
Costs
The cost of the program is $5500.00 + 13% HST for a total of $6215.00. A minimum (non-refundable) deposit of $700.00 + 13% HST of $791.00 must accompany the application. The balance of $4800.00 + 13% HST of $5424.00 is due on or before the first day of the first module. Should the
applicant withdraw by the end of the first module, 50% of
the total cost of the program will be refunded. No refunds
will be given after the first module.
If the applicant has successfully completed any animal chiropractic
program that is sanctioned by the American Veterinary Chiropractic
Association or the International Veterinary Chiropractic
Association, the audit price ( without certification examination
by this institution) will be $5268.25 (CAD) ($4662.15 + 13% HST). A non-refundable deposit of $1268.25 (CAD) must be included with the application. The balance ($4000.00 CAD) is due on
or before the first day of the program. Those that audit
the program will not receive certification by the Veterinary Chiropractic Learning Centre. To receive certification
after successful completion of all the requirements - full
tuition must be paid.
The student will receive a mail by ground mail or email
confirming their reservation once all applicable admission
requirements have been fulfilled.
Certification:
This program is approved for certification by the American
Veterinary Chiropractic Association.
