 
The
Veterinary Chiropractic Learning Centre is associated with The
Healing Oasis Wellness Center in Sturtevant, Wisconsin
which also offers post-graduate programs for licensed health care
professionals. The VCLC offers a program that
is specific to currently licensed Chiropractors and / or
Veterinarians.
The Directors of VCLC:
Dr.
Annette Langlois graduated from the Canadian Memorial
Chiropractic College in 1987. She entered into, and has maintained
since that time, a practice in Brantford, Ontario.
In 1996, she completed and received her Fellowship Certification
from the International Chiropractic Paediatric Association.
In 2001, she achieved her certification in Basic and Intermediate
Levels of Network Spinal Analysis. Through ongoing seminar
participation, training, and practical application, she is
proficient in, and utilizes, many other chiropractic approaches,
including: Thompson Technique, Upper Cervical Toggle Recoil,
Biogeometric Integration (BGI), and Diversified.
Dr. Annette completed the certification program in Animal Chiropractic from Options for Animals in 1998 and has maintained a parallel animal practice since that time. She has completed some training in advanced neurology and is a co-founder of the Veterinary Chiropractic Learning Centre. She enjoys sharing her knowledge through public speaking with audiences ranging from school children to other professionals.
Dr. Annette shares her life with four footed children Gypsy, Quid
and Freyja.
Dr. Kim Adie, DC graduated the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in 1994 with Clinical Honours, being accepted into the College after completing 2 years undergraduate study in Biology at Brock University. On graduation from CMCC, Dr. Adie received a research award from the CCRC, in recognition for her radiology research project. Dr Adie has studied several manual techniques including Cranial Sacral Therapy through the Upledger Institute. She maintained a private practice in Minden, Ontario for 13 years.
Dr. Adie’s love of animals, manual adjusting, and appreciation and passion for movement led her to focus her efforts on animal chiropractic care. She completed the Canadian Certification Program in Animal Chiropractic in March 2009 and has since sold her ‘human practice’ to work with animals, both equine and canine, full-time. Dr. Adie continues to further her knowledge and interest in anatomy and neurology attending courses in Equine Anatomy and dissection and hopes to inspire people with her passion for animal chiropractic through teaching.
Dr. Adie resides in Lindsay, Ontario with her children and 2 cats Daisy and Harry.
Dr. Ernie Perry graduated from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in 1987, being accepted into the College after completing two years of undergraduate study in Biology at the University of Prince Edward Island . He has maintained a private practice in Toronto since his graduation.
Dr. Perry's interest in animal chiropractic started with his love of Boxers and competing in the show ring. He went on to study animal chiropractic at Options for Animals, successfully completing the program, and becoming AVCA certified in 1998. He has been treating animals ever since. Dr. Perry's animal practice has since evolved into primarily an equine practice. He truly enjoys treating horses of all disciplines and breeds. He especially enjoys treating standardbreds, working closely with trainers and owners. He currently divides his work week between people and animals.
His growing interest in animal chiropractic led him to continuing studies in Advanced Animal Studies through Options for Animals International Academy of Animal Chiropractic. He has competed all the lectures and labs, and is currently working on the research required to complete his Advanced designation.

Dr. Ernie Perry shares his home with his wife, Dr. Gloria Bracchetti, Boxers Peyton and Isabella.
Dr. Gloria Bracchetti graduated from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in 1989, following a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science from Concordia University in Montreal . Dr. Bracchetti has been in practice since 1989, and maintains her private practice in Mississauga , Ontario .
Dr. Bracchetti's love of animals and her involvement in the dog world led her to the study of animal chiropractic. In 1998, Dr. Bracchetti successfully completed the animal chiropractic certification program offered by Options for Animals. She has maintained an animal practice ever since. Dr. Bracchetti brings many years of experience in the field of animal chiropractic. She has worked in veterinary clinics across Ontario for the last 13 years, bringing a wealth of clinical experience. She feels very fortunate to have this opportunity. She specializes in small animals, including companion dogs and cats, puppies to geriatrics, working and rescue dogs. She has also had the privilege of working with many top dogs in every discipline.
Continuing education endeavours include the completion of the Advanced Animal Studies program through Options for Animals International Academy of Animal Chiropractic. All lectures and labs have been completed, and she is currently working on the research required to complete her designation.
Dr. Bracchetti also enjoys public speaking, sharing her knowledge with various kennel clubs, breed clubs and the St. John 's Ambulance therapy dog groups. Future interests include pursuing research for the advancement of animal chiropractic.
Dr. Bracchetti and her husband, Dr. Ernie Perry share their home with 2 Boxers Peyton and Isabella.
Dr R Scott Hie graduated from Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in 1996, being accepted into the College after completing two years of undergraduate study in Animal Science at the University of Guelph. He has maintained a private human practice in Toronto since his graduation.
In addition he completed the Canadian Animal Chiropractic Certification Program and continues to instruct at the program. He is also a member of the College of Animal Chiropractors and the American Veterinary Chiropractic Association.
He has a longstanding passion for horses which has lead to his involvement in many different disciplines, including harness racing, thoroughbred racing, polo, barrel racing, endurance, reining, 3 day eventing, jumpers, and hunters.
When he is not practicing he enjoys travelling, his motorcycle, many sports and time on his family’s farm.
Dr. Roxane Pardiac graduated from OVC in 2006. She originally moved from Montreal to Ontario for the sole purpose of attending the Ontario Veterinary College. Post graduation, she was an associate involved in the development of an equine mobile clinic. After 3 years, needing change, she decided to enter a mixed animal practice as an associate. She is still predominantly involved with equine medicine but does spend time with small animals. Additionally, she owns a small animal mobile clinic focusing on chiropractic care. She completed the Canadian program in animal chiropractic in 2008.
She has owned horses intermittently since she was 6 years old and used to compete on the A circuit in both the hunter and jumper divisions. However while in OVC she found that she no longer had the time to dedicate to her show horse. That is when she discovered the world of dog sports. She currently shows 4 dogs in agility throughout Canada and the United States. Her competitions partners include Monroe (Parson Russell – 2008 FCI World Team member), Gizmo (JRT), Bondi (Golden Retriever) and Torrent (Australian Kelpie).
Dr. Helen Tandy completed her veterinary training at the Ontario Veterinary College in Guelph, graduating in 1990 & completing an internship in large animal medicine & surgery in 1993. She also undertook additional post-graduate training in veterinary neurology at OVC & the Animal Health Trust in England.
Helen has worked for many years in small animal emergency and critical care medicine, both in Canada & the U.K. She has also worked in equine practice, & was one of the resident veterinarians at Windfield Farms where she worked with some of Canada’s top racing Thoroughbred horses. Helen has been certified in Veterinary Acupuncture by the International Veterinary Acupuncture Society since 1996, & has worked as a teaching assistant at IVAS courses in Canada and England.
She successfully completed the first Canadian program in Veterinary Chiropractic in 2006 and is now a teaching assistant for this program, where she lectures on veterinary neurology, pharmacology, & zoonotic diseases. Helen has worked at the Animal Emergency Clinic in Whitby since returning from England in 2003, and offers equine & canine acupuncture, chiropractic, & laser therapy through her own practice, Darlington Mobile Veterinary Services.
